Overview
What is a Water Softening Plant?
Bharti Enviro supplies sodium-cycle cation-exchange softeners in simplex, duplex, and triplex configurations to ensure uninterrupted soft-water supply. Each unit uses high-capacity strong-acid cation resin regenerated with food-grade salt brine, achieving outlet hardness reliably below 5 mg/L as CaCO₃ — critical for boiler feed, cooling circuits, and RO pre-treatment.
Key Features
- Strong-acid cation (SAC) resin with ≥ 120 eq/L exchange capacity
- Duplex/triplex lead-lag configuration for continuous 24/7 soft-water supply
- Automatic multi-port valve (MPV) or individual-valve regeneration cycles
- Outlet hardness guaranteed < 5 mg/L as CaCO₃
