Overview
What is a Reverse Osmosis Plant?
Bharti Enviro designs and manufactures reverse osmosis plants for brackish water, municipal supply, and seawater feed streams, achieving 95–99.8% TDS rejection. Systems incorporate multi-stage high-pressure arrays with energy-recovery devices (ERDs) on larger trains to minimise power consumption, and are supplied with pre-engineered CIP skids and SCADA-ready control panels.
Key Features
- 95–99.8% TDS rejection using premium Dow/Hydranautics/Toray RO elements
- Energy-recovery devices (ERDs) on SWRO trains reduce specific energy by up to 40%
- 2-pass / 3-pass design for pharmaceutical-grade ultrapure water production
- Integrated anti-scalant dosing and online monitoring (conductivity, pH, flow, SDI)
