Overview
What is a De-Salination Plant?
Our desalination plants are engineered around seawater reverse osmosis (SWRO) and multi-stage flash (MSF) technology, tailored for coastal industrial sites, islands, and municipalities with scarce freshwater. Bharti Enviro integrates intake pre-treatment, high-pressure RO trains with energy-recovery, and post-treatment remineralisation to deliver WHO-compliant product water.
Key Features
- SWRO single-pass or double-pass configuration with isobaric energy-recovery devices
- Cartridge filtration + UF pre-treatment reduces SDI below 3, protecting RO elements
- CO₂ dosing + calcite contactor for WHO-compliant Ca/Mg remineralisation
- Remote monitoring with satellite/cellular SCADA for unmanned offshore operation
